Dear participant and visitor,
We are looking forward to welcoming you and your dog to The Victory Cup Belgium 2026!
To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask you to carefully read the practical information below.
🚗 Route & Parking
Rauwstraat 18
2430 Laakdal
Participants and Technical Staff will receive their parking pass on Friday, which grants free access to the parking area. Visitors can purchase a parking ticket upon arrival (€3).
The parking areas are organized as follows:
- P1 – Participants (free)
- P2 – Technical Staff (free)
- P3 – Visitors (via a separate entrance)
Be sure to check the site map for a clear overview of the parking areas and the event layout.
📅 Friday 17th July 2026 - official training & draw
1. Check-in
Please check in at the Secretariat in the cafeteria before the training session, so we know which participants are present.
Please make sure to arrive on time!
2. Training Session

Starts at 2:00 PM

Takes place on the official competition field.

Official competition helpers will not be available (please bring your own helper).

Each participant will have 5 minutes to use the field.
During the training session, all training equipment is permitted, including pinch collars, prong collars, and electronic training devices.
However, we expect everyone to handle their dog in a responsible and animal-friendly manner. Please use corrections with moderation and always treat your dog with respect.
If unacceptable behavior or excessive corrections are observed or reported, the participant will be immediately disqualified and will not be allowed to compete.
3. White Dog
Starts at 7:45 PM.
There will be one white dog for Class 1 and one white dog for Class 3.
4. Draw
Starts at 8:15 PM.
During the draw, each participant will receive a competition bib with their starting number. Please return the bib to the Secretariat after the competition.
🏆 Saturday 18th July 2026 – Competition day
- Competition starts: 8:00 AM
- Expected finish: 8:30 PM
- Prize Ceremony: 9:00 PM
We kindly ask all participants to be present from the start of the competition.
Should any last-minute changes to the running order or schedule be necessary, this will allow us to continue the competition without delays.

🩺 Veterinary
For emergencies, an on-call veterinarian is available approximately 15 minutes from our venue.

General
🐕 Dogs

Dogs must remain on a leash at all times when being walked.

Please always clean up after your dog. Red waste bag dispensers are available throughout the venue.

Make sure your dog always has access to fresh drinking water and as much shade as possible (shade cloths are recommended).

Aggressive or uncontrollable behaviour will not be tolerated.
🍔 Food & Drinks
Drinks are available throughout the day in our cafeteria.
Participants who have pre-ordered lunch will receive it during the lunch break at 12:15 PM.
From 2:30 PM, a food truck serving Belgian fries and snacks will be available.
Tokens for drinks and food truck purchases can be bought at the Secretariat.
A cocktail bar will also be available. No tokens are required; drinks can be paid for directly at the bar.
🛍️ Sponsors & Exhibitors
A variety of sponsors and exhibitors will be present throughout the event. Be sure to visit their stands and discover their products.
📸 Photography
Our official photographer, Saïna, will be present throughout the day. The photos will be shared on our social media channels after the event.
